Terms of Service & Liability Framework
Effective Date: May 2026 • ReddyPC Australia
1. Scope of Operations & Diagnostics
By engaging ReddyPC for on-site engineering, workshop overhauls, or remote diagnostic sessions, the customer explicitly authorizes the technician to execute testing sequences, hardware modifications, and operating system diagnostics on the submitted device asset. An initial diagnostic evaluation framework applies to determine system stability.
2. Absolute Data Responsibility & Customer Liability
CRITICAL NOTICE: Software modifications, volatile malware removal sequences, and physical component changes carry inherent data risk. It is the sole, absolute responsibility of the customer to securely back up all software licenses, core configurations, database structures, and personal files before technical engagement begins.
ReddyPC, its local operators, and certified technicians shall under no operational, structural, or legal frameworks be held responsible or liable for any sector read/write failures, unexpected profile corruption, missing software keys, or complete data erasure that occurs during system optimization or drive recovery loops.
3. Physical Hardware Realities & Pre-existing Failures
Silicon components, capacitor circuits, and mechanical spinning hard drives degrade naturally over time. If a system asset fails to power on, experiences thermal throttling degradation, or suffers an active storage component crash during routine performance stress tests, the client acknowledges that such failures are down to pre-existing hardware wear and component fatigue, and explicitly releases ReddyPC from any physical property damage or replacement liability.
4. Remote Connection Access Protocol
Remote assistance sessions are initiated exclusively via a secure, unique, client-generated access code. The customer retains full visibility of the screen workspace at all times and preserves the manual override capability to terminate the data stream instantly. Disconnection clears tracking cookies and access privileges completely.
5. "No Fix, No Fee" Execution Parameters
Our trademark guarantee states that if a technical solution cannot be structurally mapped or identified by our team, labor rates are waived entirely. However, the clause does not apply if the technician identifies a concrete hardware solution (e.g., a completely burned-out power supply unit) but the customer explicitly elects not to purchase the necessary physical parts to complete the repair project.
6. Payment Terms
Payment for all remote and on-site labor, as well as any hardware components supplied by ReddyPC, is strictly due upon the completion of the service block unless prior commercial invoicing terms have been established. We accept mobile card payments, direct bank transfer (PayID), and cash.
7. Abandoned Hardware Policy
If your device is brought to our workshop for an extensive overhaul or component integration, ReddyPC will contact you upon completion. If a device is left unpaid and uncollected for a period exceeding 90 days from the date of the initial completion notice, it will be considered legally abandoned. ReddyPC reserves the right to securely wipe all data and responsibly recycle or sell the hardware to recoup lost labor and storage costs.
8. Privacy & Cookies Policy
We respect your digital privacy. The ReddyPC website utilizes strictly essential, minimal cookies required to route contact forms properly and ensure standard site functionality. We do not deploy invasive third-party tracking scripts, nor do we sell, lease, or distribute your email address, phone number, or personal diagnostic inquiries to any external marketing agencies.
